What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you're interested in and any message you include. We may also keep records of quotes, surveys and work carried out.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange surveys, prepare quotations, carry out and guarantee work, register manufacturer warranties, and meet our legal obligations, for example gas safety records.

We process your information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in running our business.
Sharing
We use a customer relationship management system to store enquiries. We may share information with manufacturers (to register warranties), regulatory bodies where required, and, for heat pump installations, an MCS umbrella scheme provider where applicable. We never sell your data.
