These terms apply to work carried out by Greenwich Heating Solutions Ltd, company number [COMPANY NUMBER], registered office [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Your written quotation forms part of your agreement with us.

Installation surveys for boilers and air conditioning are free. Heat pump surveys cost £250 + VAT and include heat-loss calculations and assessment.

All installations are quoted at a fixed price after survey. For boilers and air conditioning, quotations are provided within 24 hours of the survey. Heat pump quotation timescales depend on the project. Parts, materials and additional works are charged separately where applicable.

Prices shown on this website are starting prices. Where shown, "+ VAT" means VAT is added at the prevailing rate. Air-conditioning installation is shown with zero VAT until 31 March 2027.

We accept bank transfer, card and cash. Installations normally require a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% payable on completion. Repairs and diagnostics are charged at the rates stated at booking.

Installation work carries a two-year workmanship guarantee, plus the applicable manufacturer's warranty (up to 10 years on boilers, depending on model). Manufacturer warranties are subject to the manufacturer's own terms, which may include annual servicing.

We can arrange installations through an MCS umbrella scheme where applicable, so eligible customers can access the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant. Eligibility is determined by the scheme and is not guaranteed by GHS.

We hold public liability and employers' liability insurance. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
