Anyhow, I originally went through such a company, only to be let down big time with the poor customer service. Through a recommendation, I was put in touch with Greenwich Heating. An excellent service from start to finish. Josh (the owner) came round, at the agreed date/time, to do a survey. Gave us some great advice on which units to have, where to place them for the best effect, etc., and at no time did we feel pressured. He provided a written quotation, as promised, which was very competitive. Actually, based on the units he recommended (Mitsubishi), he was quite a bit cheaper than others. And "no" this wasn't a warning sign, as he's fully qualified and fits air con on a daily basis. We agreed on a start date, which he kept to, and the whole job was completed within a couple of days. Everything done just in time for the next hot spell. Very happy with the whole process. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.”
